This week our team in the distillery has freshly bottled the unique crystal ice liqueur. There was a lot of activity, because most of the work is done by hand. After all, we are a relatively small distillery and everyone has to do their part.<\/p>\n\n\n

Preparation & Bottling<\/h3>\n

The juniper branches are cleaned, bottles provided and matches prepared - yes, you read that right! We also attach the igniters by hand to each individual bottle. Then it's on - the barrel-aged juniper liqueur pours into the bottles, delivering the finest pleasure of well-sealed aromas. The room fills with the wonderful aroma of the liqueur and you can almost taste it. <\/p>\n

By the way, our team cuts the juniper for this unique crystal liqueur directly on the Kemater Hausberg here with us around the corner. By hand, of course. <\/p>\n

Wie die Eiskristalle in die Flasche kommen, ist eigentlich ein streng geh\u00fctetes Geheimnis. Ein kleines St\u00fcck verraten wir hier aber gerne: die in der Flasche enthaltenen \u201eEiskristalle\u201c bilden sich aus kristallisiertem Zucker. Der entsteht im Rahmen des aufw\u00e4ndigen Produktionsverfahrens. Direkt in jeder einzelnen Flasche, in jeder einzigartig und in jeder anders. Das macht in Wirklichkeit jede Flasche zu einem Unikat. Kristall Wacholder Lik\u00f6r schmeckt leicht s\u00fc\u00dflich, mit harzig w\u00fcrzigem Duft und brennt bei einem Tiroler Feuerritual im Glas.<\/p>\n
