The BlueSky
It's quick and easy to mix. In a cocktail glass it looks classy and modern. And the most important thing: it tastes fresh, has a subtle bitter note, pleasant sweetness and leaves an exciting tingling sensation on the tongue. That's exactly what the New Year should be like: sweet and exciting.
Ingredients for 2 drinks
20 ml lemon syrup
6 cl GletscherEis Liqueur
Ice cubes
200 ml sparkling wine
Preparation
Pour the lemon syrup with the GletscherEis in a cocktail shaker and add the ice cubes. Shake well and strain the shaken cocktail into two glasses. The ice cubes can be thrown away. Then fill up each cocktail glass with 100 ml of well-chilled sparkling wine.
Prosecco or champagne are also suitable instead of sparkling wine. GletscherEis is unique and cannot be replaced in this BlueSky cocktail.
